From trash to high-quality raw material
OVALL contributes to improving the environment by introducing marine plastic debris into the circular supply chain.
It is a high-quality polypropylene, generated from ethically recovered plastic waste in the ocean, as well as plastic waste saved from the ocean, to transform it into high-grade polypropylene that will be used to manufacture more reusable plastic elements.
Once the plastic is recovered from the oceans, we work with formulas that regenerate the granules, reversing the wear and tear of the waste produced by salt water and UV rays, giving rise to a material of great quality and versatility.
OCEANIC® is developed with a plastic base from the sea with a content of between 5 and 50% according to our clients’ requirements, completing with top quality recycled polypropylene and with MFI that can be adjusted between 10 and 45.

Within our social responsibility policy, for the removal of plastics we work with local industries in coastal areas committed to good industrial practices and promoting local development.
At the same time, SGS, an internationally renowned auditor, guarantees that our processes, operations and projects meet and exceed the standards and regulations required by the market, further certifying that the origin of our material is collected from the sea.
Traceability
At OVALL we work on the development of an app that records the internal and external traceability of the product, using international standards and applying technology. With the simple gesture of scanning a QR code, the end consumer can know the complete footprint of the product, which includes data such as when the original material was collected (marine litter), when it was processed and the different logistical phases of distribution, thus increasing its transparency and value in the market.
